Meet Dr. Rechthand

Dr. Moshe Rechthand, D.D.S

Dr. Rechthand earned his Bachelor of Arts from the City University of New York, Queens College his doctorate from the University Of Maryland School Of Dentistry. While in school, he was awarded membership into the Gorgas Odontological Honor Society and The Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor society for outstanding academic and clinical performance. Following graduation, he completed a General Practice Residency at the Baltimore VA Hospital, where he received advanced training in all aspects of general dentistry including oral surgery, implantology and endodontics.

Dr. Rechthand’s motto for life, as well as his practice of dentistry, is to treat others in the manner in which he would want to be treated. He was an anxious dental patient himself as a child and is therefore highly sensitive to the emotions and needs of his patients. He practices with compassion, and strives to create a pleasant and comfortable dental experience. Dr. Rechthand is passionate about dentistry and delivering healthy and beautiful smiles to his patients. He is especially interested in implant dentistry and is an active member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He considers himself a lifetime student and believes that learning never ceases. He is a member of many organizations including the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Baltimore County Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, Maimonides Dental Study Club and Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity.

Dr. Rechthand resides in Baltimore County with his wife and two sons. He enjoys spending time outdoors, coaching baseball, reading and traveling with his family.
